The San Francisco Giants win the 2014 World Series with a score of 3-2, for their third title in five years.
The game ended as Pablo Sandoval, the Giants third baseman, caught a foul ball from Salvador Perez.
An act that disappointed Jacquie Reiser and brought her night-off to a close.
“It was really exciting… I really wanted Kansas City to win but they were simply out pitched,” said Reiser
Despite Sandoval’s catch to finish the game, the real hero was Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner.
Just two days after throwing a shutout, Bumgarner was able to pitch five more scoreless innings and stop the Kansas City Royals from scoring.
“Bumgarner absolutely dominated Kansas City… and he made history, so that was pretty fun to watch,” said Reiser.
